1. Honeycomb Pallets have a tolerance of 0 - 6mm in external dimensions, and due to material shrinkage, a tolerance of ± 3mm is preferred during manufacture.

The honeycomb cardboard core paper generally adopts high-strength corrugating base paper with a fixed weight of 150 g/m2, and different weights of paper can be selected according to different bearing weights. Different types of honeycomb paper cores can also be used: static load-bearing tear < 500kg, honeycomb core paper type C; static load-bearing 500 kg, honeycomb core paper type B; honeycomb surface paper with a basis weight of 450 g/m2 Sandpipe.
2. Paper corner protectors. Paper corner guards are formed by pressing multiple kraft paper sheets (also known as edge boards) by a corner guard machine to protect the edges of Honeycomb Pallets and improve the compression resistance of the pallet itself. Dimensions ( h x A x B ) are: 5mm x 50mm x 50mm, 3. 5mm x 50mm x 50mm, 5mm x 70mm x 70mm and 3. 5mm x 70mm x70mm. The height of the foot pier is generally 85mm. At present, the most commonly used foot pier of Honeycomb Pallets is cylindrical, with a diameter of about 100mm. There are also some corrugated trays with square and rectangular foot piers.
( 2 ) Pallet bottom plank
Honeycomb Pallets bottom decking is divided into two types: strip shape and full board shape. The addition of bottom decking can prevent the deformation of the panel due to the unfixed foot piers during load bearing. In order to facilitate the use of the hydraulic forklift, four oval holes must be opened in the entire plate shape. At the same time, grooves should be made at the place where the foot piers are glued to ensure that the folding and the inner surface of the foot piers are tightly bonded during assembly, which greatly increases the Strength of Honeycomb Pallets.
