Successful Installation of Honeycomb Production Line for French Client Rossmann

Wuxi Shenxi Honeycomb Machinery Factory proudly announces the successful installation and commissioning of a complete honeycomb core & panel production line for our French customer Rossmann, situated at U3 alvéolaire 4 les halles, 68160 Sainte croix aux mines, France. The whole on-site installation, debugging and operator training lasted from April to July 2024.

This turnkey project includes two core models independently developed by our factory: the HCM-2500 Honeycomb Core Machine and HF(D)-2000 Honeycomb Panel Lamination Machine. Featuring outstanding technical performance, the core cutter runs at 300–600 cuts per minute. The finished honeycomb boards cover a thickness range of 6–100mm, with the whole laminating line adjustable from 10m/min to 30m/min in running speed, meeting the client’s multi-specification production needs for packaging and construction honeycomb products.

Our professional engineering team was dispatched to France for full on-site services, covering equipment assembly, electrical debugging, trial production and systematic technical training for local workers. After repeated full-load test runs, the whole line achieved stable formal production and received high recognition from Rossmann for reliable running performance and fine finished product quality.
