Successful Commissioning of Honeycomb Production Line for Turkish Client PECA

Wuxi Shenxi Honeycomb Machinery Factory proudly announces the successful on-site installation, commissioning and final acceptance of a complete honeycomb production line for valued Turkish customer PECA. All field assembly, debugging and technical training work was finished from September to October 2024.

This integrated production line adopts our mature equipment configurations: HCM-2000 Honeycomb Core Machine and HF(D)-1600 Honeycomb Panel Lamination Machine. For core performance indicators, the core cutting speed varies from 300 to 600 cuts per minute. The finished honeycomb board thickness covers 6–100mm, while the entire laminating line features an adjustable running speed of 10–30m/min to accommodate flexible production plans.

PECA specializes in manufacturing honeycomb pallet feet as core supplying products for IKEA, with standard specs: 180×90×50mm overall size, 8mm honeycomb cell and 200gsm base paper. After continuous full-load trial runs, the production line steadily turns out pallet feet conforming to IKEA strict quality norms, gaining official approval and high praise from IKEA’s quality management department.

Our experienced overseas engineering team accomplished machine installation, electrical parameter tuning and systematic operational training for PECA’s production staff on location. The client is highly satisfied with equipment stability and finished goods consistency.

Notably, this newly commissioned project marks the fifth complete honeycomb production line we have delivered across Turkey’s packaging industry.
