Wuxi Shenxi Honeycomb Machinery Factory is pleased to announce the successful on-site installation, commissioning and handover of a full-set honeycomb production line for our long-term Romania partner AMBRO. The whole on-site installation and debugging project was completed between April and May 2024.
This turnkey production line consists of our flagship models: HCM-2500 Honeycomb Core Machine and HF(D)-2000 Honeycomb Panel Lamination Machine. In terms of technical parameters, the core cutting speed is adjustable from 300 to 600 cuts per minute. Finished honeycomb board thickness ranges 6–100mm, and the whole composite line runs at 10–30m/min flexibly to match variable production schedules.
AMBRO mainly produces customized honeycomb pallet feet specially supplied to IKEA, with fixed specification: 180×90×50mm dimension, 8mm honeycomb cell size and 200gsm raw paper material. After full-load trial production, the line stably outputs qualified IKEA-standard pallet feet, which has won high recognition and positive evaluation from IKEA’s quality inspection team.
Our professional engineering team completed equipment assembly, electrical debugging and systematic operator training during the project period. Satisfied with stable equipment operation and consistent product precision, AMBRO confirms the line fully meets its IKEA supporting order demands.
