1.Application:

Our full automatic honeycomb core machine is the newest type of honeycomb core machine, the advantage of high speed, cost-effective and save labor cost. Honeycomb core widely used in door filling,and furniture filling etc. Our honeycomb core machine can make continuous honeycomb and also block type honeycomb core in one stop.

2.Structure

We supply the full automatic honeycomb core machine from width 1600-2000mm. The whole production needs 2-3 persons while operating. make the honeycomb core from 8-100mm thickness and production capacity varies from 3-8 tons/ shift.

Honeycomb core machine is consist of 6 unit, paper reel stand, first gluing unit, heating & conveying unit, second gluing unit , honeycomb cutter and stacking unit.

3.Feature

(1).High Speed Cutting, max. 800 cuts/min.

(2).Soft cutting, cutting noise down to 60Db, cutting current 6-8A

(3).Quick glue roller change system, 20 minutes to change all gluing rollers

(4).Automatic glue feeding system, no need to watch the glue feeding all the time.

 (5).Min. 6mm thickness of honeycomb make, to replace the corrugating board.
