Wuxi Shenxi Honeycomb Machinery Factory, supplies honeycomb paperboard lamination line. Honeycomb lamination line makes the honeycomb paperboard from 8 to 100mm thickness automatically.  It can make 5000-8000 m2/ shift

Paper   feeder

           

The   structure is double rotary shafts with four arms, support two paper mill   rolls on both arms at the same time.

Green   Belt Press

1.         Edge   of Conveying belt(Rubber belt) to ensure the paper board pass through   the middle of this unit, press paperboard evenly while conveying.

2.  Speed of Conveyor belt is controlled by frequency inverter.

Hot   board

1. Hot  board, 25mm thickness   aluminum panel on both top and bottom

2. Temp. : ~ 120 celsius degree, controlled automatically.

Paperboard   oven

1. Heating method: Steam heating/ electric heating, heating box fixed   outside oven, centrifugal fan pump in the hot air into the oven, hot air   circulation.

Cold   press

1.Cooling method8 sets of axial fans force to cool the fresh paperboard oven ,increase   the its hardness
