Automatic mini cutting line
1.Introduction
This line consists of two parts. Part 1 is longitudinal cutting (slitting unit) , part 2 is cross cutting.
The big honeycomb panel passed through slitting unit, to cut the panels into long & narrow pieces board.
Then to part 2, cross cutting unit. Take the long & narrow pieces of honeycomb board, feed by servo motor to cutting area, feed distance each time is decided by servo motor, set on HMI.
This machine can cut 1200X1200mm panel into 60X60mm automatically in one stop.
