(1) Paper feeder
The structure is double rotary shafts with four arms, support two paper mill rolls on both arms at the same time；

(2) Core expanding platform

(3) Core conveying expand drying unit

(4) Gluing machine
1.Glue applicator roller &doctor roller: the surface is wrapped with rubber, even glue supply and durable；
2.Doctor roller: 76mm diameter, rubber roller. Anti-rust；
(5) Green Belt Press
Edge of Conveying belt (Rubber belt) to ensure the paper board pass through the middle of this unit, press paperboard evenly while conveying；Speed of Conveyor belt is controlled by frequency inverter；
1. Hot board, 25mm thickness aluminum panel on both top and bottom；
2. Temp.: ~ 120-celsius degree, controlled automatically
(7) Paperboard oven
1. Heating method: Steam heating/ electric heating, heating box fixed outside oven, centrifugal fan pump in the hot air into the oven, hot air circulation；
2. Heating power(electric heating):36kw
(8) Cold press
1.Cooling method：8 sets of axial fans force to cool the fresh paperboard oven, increase its hardness;
(9) Trimming& waste collecting system
Including one slitting machine, one chopping blower and necessary pipes;
(10) Paperboard cross-cut
1.Cutting length controlled by the encoder (length can be set on the touch screen), length cutting: 500-4000mm;
2.Max. Cutting height: 150mm
(11) Power Supply box
1.Building frames on top of the machine, to fix the tables and trunking and Cables; wiring clean and safe is reasonable, maintenance is convenient;
